Born on June 28, 1980, in Yerevan.
1997 – Left Yerevan secondary school N 189 named after Samvel Gevorgyan and entered Yerevan State University, Department of Economics.
2001- Graduated from the university, receiving a bachelor's degree in Economics.
2002 – 2005 - Member of the Council of Elders of the Municipal District Davitashen of Yerevan.
2005-2006 - Deputy Head of Davtashen Administrative District.
2006-2007 – Adviser to the Head of the Municipal District Davitashen.
2008- Elected a member of the Council of Elders of the Municipal District Davitashen.
2009- 2012 - Member of the Council of Elders of Yerevan.
2010-2012 – Worked at the State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre adjunct to the RoA Government, first as Head of the General Department of Nor Nork territorial department, then as Deputy Head of “Arabkir” Service Office.
May 22, 2012 – Appointed Head of Davitashen Administrative District.
Member of the Republican Party of Armenia.
Married with two daughters.
