 Born on July 25, 1985 in Yerevan.
1992-2002 – Yerevan secondary school N 161 named after Garegin Njdeh.
2003-2007 – Yerevan State University, Department of International Relations, Bachelor.
2007-2009 - Yerevan State University, Department of International Relations, Master’s degree.
2009-2012 – Yerevan State University, Chair of Political Institutions and Processes, Post Graduate. Defended his thesis on the theme “Executive power in political system. Comparative analysis of the Republic of Armenia and Georgia”.
2009-2012 – Yerevan State University, Student Affairs Division, senior specialist.
Since 2012 - Yerevan State University, Chair of Political Institutions and Processes, Assistant /World policy, Political processes in post-soviet countries, Transformation processes of political systems in South Caucasus countries/.
2012-2013 - Yerevan State Linguistic University after V. Bryusov, Adviser to Rector.
Since October 9, 2013 - Yerevan State Linguistic University after V. Bryusov, Vice-rector on Students, Youth and Public Relations.
2006-2008 - Member of Council and Academic Council of YSU Faculty of International Relations.

He is a Candidate of Political Sciences, author of ten scientific works and articles. Participated in student and youth conferences and seminars both in Armenia and abroad /Germany, France, Check Republic, Spain, Russian Federation, Belarus, Ukraine, Georgia etc./
