Ms. Baraghamyan was born on July 11, 1984 in Yerevan.
1991-2000-studied at Yerevan secondary school #199, in 2001 left the secondary school #40 after A. Shavarshyan.
2002-2007 graduated with honor diploma from Yerevan State Linguistic University after Brusov /specialization-Russian language teacher, linguist/
2009-2011 graduated from “Caucasus Institute” foundation, got Master Degree in Political Science.

2005-2007 President of YSLU Students' Council.

2008-2009 Secretary of the staff in “Eterna” Co.
2009-2011 Chief specialist in the Department of Culture, tourism and sport affairs, Yerevan Municipality.
2011-2012 Head of Tourism development programs Unit in the Department of Development and Investment Programs, Yerevan Municipality.
2012-2016 Head of Tourism Unit in the Department of Culture and Tourism, Yerevan Municipality.
Yerevan Mayor's Assistant since 2016.

Member of the Republican Party of Armenia since 2006.
Member of the RPA Youth Council in 2006-2007.
Head of Youth Board of RPA Davtashen territorial organization in 2008.
Member of RPA Board since 2017.

Throughout the mentioned period carried out activities in public and youth spheres, participated in a number of youth international programs of non-formal education.
