RPA Vice President, Member of Parliament

Born on April 1, 1950 in Yerevan.

1969 - 1971 - Served in the Soviet Army.

1971 - 1974 - Shift Head at Car Spares factory in Yerevan.

1971 - Involved in political activity. Member of underground National United Party.

1974 - 1984 - Condemned by the article for anti-Soviet agitation and propaganda.

1984 - 1990 - Worked in several factories of Yerevan in different posts.

2002 - 2007 - Worked as an assistant to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.

2007 - 2012 - Deputy of the National Assembly (proportional electoral system, RPA.)

June 19, 2007 - May 31, 2012 - Member of the Standing Committee on Defense, National Security and Internal Affairs of the National Assembly. Member of the RPA Council, RPA Deputy Chairman.

May 6, 2012 - Elected as Deputy of the National Assembly by proportional electoral system from the Republican Party of Armenia.

2000 - Awarded a Letter of Thanks of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.

2005 - Awarded with the Medal “Garegin Nzhdeh” and with a Commemorative Medal of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.

Mr. Zohrabyan is married with one child.
