Born on 26 June 1954, village Mkhchyan, Artashat region.

2002 – graduated from Public Administration Academy of the Republic of Armenia.

1975-1976 - senior electrician at Mkhchyan pump station.

1976-1982 - team leader at Ararat pump station.

1982-1991 - team leader at Mkhchyan "AvtoVAZ" station.

1991-1995. – head of Mkhchyan "AvtoVAZ" station.

1995 - deputy director at Arevshat winery.

1995-1999 – director of Arevshat winery.

1999 - MP of RA NA (electoral district № 30). Member of the Standing Committee on

State and Legal Affairs. Member of "Unity" faction.

2003 – MP of RA NA (electoral district № 22). Member of the Standing Committee on

State and Legal Affairs. Member of "RPA" faction.

2007 – MP of RA NA (electoral district № 17). Member of "RPA" faction.

2 June 2008 - credentials were suspended based on personal application.

2008 - director of "Artashat Vinkon" factory.

1999 - member of the Republican Party of Armenia.

10 November 2007 (RPA 11th Congress) - member of RPA Council.

28 November 2009 (RPA 12th Congress) - member of RPA Council.

Married, has three children.
