Was born on February 24, 1962, Yerevan.
EDUCATION: 1969-1979, studied at middle school N 110 of Yerevan.
1979-1980, studied at trade school N 1 of Yerevan.
MILITARY SERVICE: 1980-1982, served in USSR army.
1997-2001, studied at the University of Finance and banking of Yerevan, has a qualification of a lawyer.
2001-2004, studied at the State Academy of Management of the RA, by the specialty of the State management and local government, has a qualification of the civil servant.

WORK EXPERIENCE: 1982-1997, worked at “Hayelectromekena” factory as a master, senior master, head of a district , then-power engineering specialist of the production section.
1997-2000 , worked at Shengavit municipality as a first class specialist of the financial department.
2000-2001, worked at “Shengavit ” branch of “Electricity networks of Yerevan” CJSC as a deputy director.
2001-2002, worked at Shengavit municipality as a deputy head of the department of nonresidential premises exploitation.
2002-2009, was a director of “Hayekspertiza” company of the RA Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
2009-2011, worked at the personnel of Yerevan City Hall as a head of department of Trade and Service.
On 05 DEC 2011 was appointed to the position of the head of Shengavit administrative region of Yerevan.
He is a member of the Republican Party of Armenia from 1991 ;from 2012 is a member of RPA Council.
He is a participant of the RA defense and Artsakh liberation war, was awarded with the following medals: “Garegin Njdeh”, “Military service” , “20years of the RA armed forces”, the order of “The participant of the war” and other awards.

Married, has 3 children.
