Born on 29 August 1965, Yerevan.

1982-1987 - Moscow Institute of Management after S. Ordzhonikidze, engineering economist.

1992-1988 – engineering economist in department of labor and wages of Yerevan "Ferrite" factory.

1992-1997- junior specialist, leading specialist, head of the department at the Institute of Management and Economic Reforms appended to RA Government.

1997-1998 - economist and leading expert at Association of Banks of Armenia.

1998 -2002 - head of Research Department at "Macroeconomic and Banking Research Center" of Central Bank of RA.

2002-2002 - head of banking research and methodology department of the Central Bank of RA.

2002-2009 - member of the Council of the Central Bank of RA.

2004 -2007 - member of the Council of "Financial Banking College" Fund.

2005-2009 - member of the Council of Deposit Guarantee Fund of Armenia.

2009-2010 - first Deputy Chairman of RA State Revenue Committee by the Government.

2010-2014 - first Deputy Minister of Economy.

2014 – Adviser to the RA President.

Member of the Republican Party of Armenia.

Married, two children.
