Born on 20 April 1962, Upper Getashen village, Martuni Region.

1978-1980 – state farm worker, Upper Getashen village, Martuni Region.

1980-1985 - student at Yerevan Institute of National Economy.

1985-1985 – worker at Martuni Construction Department № 3.

1985-1987 – military service in Soviet Army.

1987-1995 –Planning Commission of Martuni Regional Council Executive Committee, senior economist, chairman, chief economist of rural administration.

1995-1996 - deputy Chairman of Martuni Regional Council Executive Committee.

1996-2003 - Administration of Gegharkunik Region, deputy head, head of socio-economic forecasts and programs department, head of Foreign Economic Relations Department, head of Socio-Economic Development Department.

2003-2012 - present - Deputy Governor of Gegharkunik Region. 

Since 2012 –Vice-chairman of the RPA Territorial Council of Gegharkunik region.

2015 – Head of the inspection of the staff of the RA Gegharkunik Regional Administration
 

2006 - Medal of RA Prime Minister.

Married, has three children.
