RA Third President Serzh Sargsyan conveys condolences on passing of Armen Isagulov

Third President Serzh Sargsyan sent a condolence message on the demise of Armen Isagulov, who made an invaluable contribution to the fight for liberation of our homeland during the First Artsakh war. He fought for Artsakh’s independence and later demonstrated high professionalism in exercising his duties in the law enforcement agencies of the Artsakh Republic and the Republic of Armenia.
Serzh Sargsyan expressed deep condolences and sympathy to Armen Isagulov’s family and friends, his comrades-in-arms and colleagues in connection with the irreparable loss.
