He is major-general of RA Police and holder of the following State decorations: For Public Order Enforcement, On the Occasion of SU Armed Forces 70th Anniversary, Marshall Bagramian, “Fighting Service” presidential order, RA Armed Forces’ Garegin Nezhdeh and Andranik Ozanyan medals, Fridjoff Nansen, For Bravery (NKR), as well as gold medals awarded by the Yerkrapah Union and the Ministry of Territorial Administration. He is academician of the European Academy of Natural and Human Sciences and honorary member of Europe’s Natural Sciences.
