Born on 11 April 1974 in Yerevan.
In 1995 graduated from Yerevan State Institute of Dramatic Art.
In 1994-1995 was the Head of the sporting theatre actions in the sport complex "Hrazdan".
In 1995-1996 served in the USSR Armed Forces.
In 1997-1998 worked as a director of the studio "Ardini" of the telecompany "Dar 21".
In 1998-1998 was the head of the research department in state closed joint-stock company "Sport Complex Hrazdan".
In 1999-2001 was the deputy director of the National Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet.
In 2001-2004 was the Chief of the department of culture, sport and on youth problems of the Yerevan municipality.
In 2004 – 2006 was the Deputy Mayor of Yerevan.
Member of the Republican Party of Armenia.
Since 2006 is the Chairman of the Board of Achapnyak territorial organization, member of RPA board.
Married, has two daughters.
