Born in 1952.
In 1970 graduated from the shoes qualification department of Yerevan technical school of light industry.
In 1971-1973 served in Soviet army.
In 1974-1977 worked at the Art Clock Factory as the head of the mechanical department.
In 1978-1985 worked at the Ashtarak Knitting Mill as a commodity researcher.
In 1983-1989 studied and graduated from the faculty of Labour Economy of North Ossetia State University (instruction by correspondence).
In 1987-1989 studied and graduated from the Yerevan technical school of Soviet trade (instruction by correspondence).
In 1987-1996 worked in the “Hayshinanyutar” shop N-1 as a manager, later - as a chief.
In 1999-2000 worked at the Erebuni municipality of Erevan as the head of trade and regulation department.
In 2000 was the head of Gugark territorial Custom house of the Ministry of State Revenue, later- the head of the Custom House of “Zvartnots” airport.
In 2002 was the director of the Erebuni department of “Yerevan Electricity Supply Network” public CJSC.
In 2003 entered the “Special population service” public CJSC as director.
Since 2001 is a member of the Republican Party of Armenia.
Since 2005 is a member of the board of Erebuni territorial organization.
Since 2006 is a member of RPA board.
Married, has two children.
