Born on 21 September 1966 in Yerevan.
In 1987 graduated from the faculty of Finances and Accounting of Yerevan Institute of National Economy.
In 1987 worked as a senior economist at the financial department of Orjonikidze region of Yerevan.
In 1992 entered the faculty of Law of Yerevan State University and in 1996 graduated from it.
In 1996 was elected member of Nor Nork community board.
In 1997 worked as a lawer at the territorial tax inspectоrate of Khorhrdayin region of Yerevan.
In October 1998 was appointed head of the department of taxation and registration of physical persons’ incomes.
In August 2001 was appointed deputy head of the controlling inspectоrate of the Ministry of Transport and Cummuncation of RA.
On 8 October was elected head of Nor Nork community.
In 2005 was reelected at the same position.
Since 2006 is a member of the Republican Party of Armenia, member of RPA board.
Married, has two children.
