Hermine Naghdalyan

Born on 28 July 1960 in Yerevan.
In 1981 graduated from the Yerevan Institute of National Economy. Has a PhD degree in Economic Sciences.
1981-1989 worked as a junior research worker, senior research worker, head of subdivision, head of Division in Armenian branch of the All-Union Research Institute of Costumer Cooperation .
1989-1991 was an Executive Director of the Co-operatives’ Union of Armenia.
In 1991 was a President of Armenian Entrepreneurs’ Union.
In 1995 was elected as a deputy of the National Assembly (No. 49 electoral district). Member of Standing Committee on financial-credit, budgetary and economic affairs. Member of Republican faction and later of “Yerkrapah” deputy group.
In 1999 was elected as a deputy of the NA (by the proportional list of “Miasnutyun Dashink”). Member of Standing Committee on financial-credit, budgetary and economic affairs Member of “Miasnutyun” faction.
In 2003 was elected a deputy of the NA by the proportional list of the Republican Party of Armenia (No. 063 electoral district). Member of Standing Committee on financial-credit, budgetary and economic affairs. Member of ad-hoc committee on Determining the Options for the Savings Deposits of Citizens of the Republic of Armenia in “Armsavingsbank”. Member of the RPA faction.
President of business women’s Association. Member of the board of trustees of the “Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Development National Centre”.
Participated in movement for liberation of Arzakh. Was awarded with medals of “Marshal Baghramyan” and for Participation in Military Operations in1991-1994.
Since 1998 is a member of RPA.
On March 2006 was elected a Chairman of Women’s Board of the RPA.
Married, has 5 children.
