Born on 1 September 1968 in Yerevan.
In 1992 graduated from Yerevan State University, in 2005 – from the Academy of Management of RA, specialized in "state government and local self-government".
1987-1989 served in the Soviet army.
1990-1994 worked as a controller-auditor at the association of cooperatives “DESOT”. In 1994-1995 was the director of Arabkir market No 5, 1994 was elected the deputy of the district Board of Arabkir.
In 1995-1997 worked as a teacher on history, then was the deputy director on the pedagogical part at the secondary school No 21 after Al. Shirvanzade.
In 1996 was elected a member of the Board of Elders of Arabkir community. 1996-2003 was the president of the Federation of Armenia on diving.
In 1997-1998 was the senior specialist of the education office of the Yerevan municipality.
In 1997-2005 was a member of the National Olimpic Committee of Armenia.
In 1999-2000 was the Deputy Chief of Arabkir community, in 2002-2003 was an advisor of the president of National Olimpic Committee of Armenia. Combining works, worked as a history teacher at the secondary school No 21 after Al. Shirvanzade.
In 2005 was appointed theDeputy Chief of Arabkir community. In the same year was elected Chief of Arabkir community.
Since 2006 is a member of the Republican Party of Armenia.
Since 2006 is a member of RPA board.
Married, has one child.
