Born on 10 July1960.
In 1981 graduated from the Faculty of Labour Economics of the Yerevan Institute of National Economy, Economist, candidate of Economic science.
In 1981-1984 was a post graduate student at the Insitute of Economy of the USSR Academy of Sciences.
In 1984-1990 worked as an economist at the Insitute of Economics of Academy of Sciences of the USSR.
In 1990-2004 was the Chief of the Department in the Staff of the Government, Deputy chief of the Administration, Chief of the Administration, Deputy chief of the Staff.
Since 2004 is the Chief of the Office of the Administration of State Property adjuncted to the Government of RA.
Since 2006 is a member of the Republican Party of Armenia.
On 22 June 2006 was elected a member of RPA board.
Married, has two children.
