Mushegh Lalayan
RPA vice-chairman

Born March 18, 1967 in Yerevan.
Graduated from Yerevan National Economy Institute, and studied at the post-graduate course of the same institute.
In 1985-1987 served in the Soviet Army.
In 1994 he was invited to the department of history of Yerevan State University to defend his thesis on Tseghakron and Taronakan movements.
In 1993-1998 he was RPA Board member, edited the party's official newspaper "Hanrapetutun" and "Nationalist Series".
In 1999 at Officer Academy of the Nagorno Karabakh Army he delivered a special course, "Introduction to National Ideology".
In 2000-2002 he edited the "Darz" journal and "Nationalist Thought" series at the Nationalist Club.
Since 27 July 1993, he has been a member of the Republican Party of Armenia.
December 1993, 1994, on 2 December 1995 (2-nd congress of RPA), on 12 July 2003 (8-th congress of RPA) was elected a member of RPA board.
O 17 December 2005 (9-th congress of RPA) was elected a member of RPA board, a deputy of the chairman of RPA.
Became the editor of the "Hanrapetakan", in charge of party and ideology issues.
Awarded "Garegin Nzhdeh" medal by RA Ministry of Defence.
Married, two children.
