Born on 22 June 1968 in Yerevan.
In 1989 graduated from the Finance and Accounting faculty of the Yerevan State Institute of Economy.
In 1989-1990 worked at the "Haybakaleya" company as an accountant.
In 1990-1993 worked at the Orjonikidze region of the State Tax Servise of RA as a tax inspector.
In 1993-1994 worked in the 8-th department of the field service of State Tax Service of RA as a state tax officer.
In 1994-1996 was the director of "Vahuni" Ltd.
In 1996-2000 was the director of "Royal-Crystal" Ltd.
In 2000-2002 worked at the department of the organization and inspection of activities of tax inspection of the state tax service of RA as a senior tax officer.
From 18 march 2000 to 25 october was the chief of the Arshakuni branch office of "Electric network system of Armenia" Ltd.
In 2002-2003 was the chief of "Ejmiadzin realization and expluatation" department of the "Electric network system of Armenia" Ltd.
In 2005-2007 was the Founder member of «Unigarph-X» Ltd.
Since 2006 is a member of Republican Party of Armenia.
Since 2006 is a member of RPA board, the chairman of the board of Kentron territorial organization of RPA.
