Born on 18 March 1952 in Yerevan.
In 1977 graduated from the Faculty of law of the “Vardanants”University, obtaining the qualification of lawer.
In 1975-1983 worked at the department of emergency.
In 1983-1986 worked at the Sahumyan district cooperation.
In 1986-1992 worked at the Institute of Healthcare of Armenia.
In 1992-1996 worked as a deputy director of the trust “Armhealthconstructrepair”.
In 1996-1998 was elected a member of the Board of Elders of Davidashen community.
In 1998-1999 worked as a Deputy Chief of Davidashen community.
Since 1999 is the Chief of Davidashen community.
Since 1998 is a member of the Republican Party of Armenia.
In 1998 was elected the Chairman of the Board of Davidashen territorial organization.
On June 22, 2006 was elected the member of RPA board.
Married, has two children.
