Born in 1949 in Yerevan.
In 1968 graduated form Yerevan Technical School of Food Industry, in 1994 – from Yerevan Economical Juridical University.
1968-1970 served in the Army.
1971-1975 worked as a forwarder of the workers service department of the Yerevan division of the Transcaucasian railway.
In 1975-1983 was appointed a storekeeper of the public warehouse No 8 of the same workers service department by the transfer.
In 1983-1989 was appointed a head of the same warehouse by the transfer.
In 1989-1997 was the director of the commodity and supply depot of the workers service department of the Yerevan division of the railway.
In 1997-1998 was the Chief of the Staff in the Nork-Marash urban community.
In 1998 was the Chief of Nork Marash community.
Since 2006 is a member of the Republican Party of Armenia.
Since 2006 is a member of RPA board.
