Born March 19, 1972 in Akhtala.
In 1997 graduated from Yerevan State University as a lawyer.
In 1996-1999 he was deputy chairman of the amalgamated trade union of Yerevan State University.
On May 30, 1999 he was elected to the NA from the proportional party ticket of "Unity" Alliance. A member of the standing parliamentary commission for foreign affairs, member of "Unity" Alliance, RPA Board member.
On May 25, 2003 he was elected to the NA from the proportional party ticket of the RPA.
A member of the standing parliamentary commission for state and law issues.
Since 2005 i he has been the chairman of social insurance state found.
Since 1999, he has been a member of the Republican Party of Armenia.
He was the chairman of youth organization “Tseghakron”, chairman of RPA youth organization.
On 9 June 2001(6-th congress of RPA), on 12 July 2003 (8-th congress of RPA), on 17 December 2005 (9-th congress of RPA) was elected a member of RPA board.
