  Today, in Paris President Serzh Sargsyan participated at the 21st Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. PRESIDENT SERZH SARGSYAN CONDUCTED A WORKING VISIT TO THE NORTH-EASTERN BORDER AREA
