Charter of the Party

Charter defines the name of the party, the description of its symbols, objectives and goals, rights and responsibilities of its members, procedures and conditions of joining the party and terminating the membership, its structure, terms and procedures of forming and liquidating individual units, procedures of creation of supervisory bodies and authorities for individual units, responsibilities and deadlines, procedures of establishing authorities dependent and accountable exceptionally to the party's supreme authority and its responsibilities, procedure of making amendments and changes to the Charter, sources of funding and property acquisition, the rights of territorial units for property management, procedures of liquidation and other legal and institutional mechanisms.
