Prime Minister got acquainted with the construction projects of new medical complex in Vanadzor

The head of the Cabinet Serzh Sargsyan visited Vanadzor hospital, got acquainted with existing conditions, and attended the adjacent area of the hospital where a new medical complex is scheduled to be built.
Currently the negotiations with the World Bank aimed at construction of the new medical complex are underway, Armenpress correspondent informs from Vanadzor province.
Gurgen Dumanyan Director at Health Project Implementation Unit, Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia stated at the briefing with the journalists that the negotiations will end in a month or two; the reconstruction of multifunctional Medical Centre will follow that. The complex will locate surgical, therapeutic, gynecological, obstetrical services and maternity'' the interlocutor highlighted.
Medical complex will be equipped with modern devices and will have 190 beds; reportedly the complex will provide the bulk demand of the medical services in Vanadzor town.
