 By the decree of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin the RA NA Deputy Speaker Hermine Naghdalyan, the NA deputy Volodya Badalyan were awarded the Friendship order for friendship and cooperation, and strengthening of the inter-parliamentary and cultural relations with the Russian Federation.
