 On 31 October at RPA Shirak regional office a seminar on constitutional reforms was held. The seminar was attended by representatives of all regional organizations of RPA Shirak territorial organization, as well as members of the youth council of RPA Shirak territorial organization and ordinary party members. The aim of the project was to represent the draft of constitutional reforms, explanations and comments to the members of youth councils of RPA Shirak territorial organization. It was opened by the welcoming remarks of the Vice-Chairman of the youth organization of RPA Shirak territorial organization Samvel Badeyan, who represented the agenda and a topic of discussion.
Then the Head of the Ideological Committee of the Youth Organization of RPA Shirak territorial organization Rubik Sargsyan spoke about the aim of the project and the actuality of the topic. It was followed by a debate and discussion on constitutional reforms.
The Chairman of the youth organization of RPA Shirak territorial organization Artak Arakelyan provided explanations on the Constitution, properly answering the questions of the young people.
