Discussion over the draft of the new electoral code at RPA Office

On March 10 at RPA Office a discussion over the preliminary draft of the new electoral code was held. The discussion was attended by the Deputies of the NA «Republican» faction and members of RPA Board. The member of RPA Executive Body David Harutyunyan represented a draft of the new electoral code, its principles and aproaches. Suggestions and remarks were made at the course of the debate.
It was noted that the draft version of the Electoral Code is still being discussed and it is available to our society, NGOs. The interested parties were asked to make reasonable proposals and comments with antisipation to have a democratic electoral code.
