RPA is both a traditional and contemporary political party

On March 18 RPA Central Office hosted the representatives of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation: the newly appointed Head of the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung/Foundation (KAS) Regional Office Thomas Schrapel and the Scientific Associate of the Regional Office of the Foundation Florian Feyerabend.


The RPA Vice-President Armen Ashotyan and the Head of RPA Youth Organization Karen Avagyan received the guests and discussed further co-operation with the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung.


The RPA Vice-President welcomed Dr. Thomas Schrapel and congratulated him on the occasion of his appointment. He spoke about the importance of sharing the same values, practice with the EPP Family.


Armen Ashotyan represented new programs of the party to the representatives of the foundation. He noted that RPA's co-operation with the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung has a long history and numerous programs have been implemented directed towards strengthening party's opportunities.


At the course of the meeting new joint programs and initiatives were discussed. They will contribute to the strengthening of political will and deepening co-operation with voters. The European practice is important for a number of party initiatives.
Mr. Ashotyan noted that thanks to the new initiatives RPA will be able to stay competitive and as a party of traditional values move in step with time.


The Head of RPA Youth Organization Karen Avagyan, thanking for the co-operation with KAS, noted that RPA Youth organization has started its co-operation with international organizations with KAS and currently the Youth organization co-operates with a number of international organizations, such as YEPP, EDS, IYDU, NIMD, DEMYC.
