During the program «How Еurope works», held in Budapest with the participation of RPA Youth, the issue of the co-operation between the European Union and the Nagorno-Karabakh Rep

On 3-6 October in Budapest the first phase of the program on «How Europe works» was held. It was organized by «Robert Schuman» Foundation. 15 young people from Armenia, Georgia, Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova participated in the program. Varduhi Sargsyan and Zaven Khukeyan represented RPA Youth Organization.
At the course of the trainings the participants got familiarized with the structure of EU institutions, discussed EU challenges and their possible solutions, EU-Eastern Partnership relations. Discussions were held on the co-operation between the European Union and the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, role of the EU in the peaceful solution process of the Nagorno-Karabakh problem. They touched upon the current situation in Ukraine, relations between Russia and Georgia, as well as future perspectives of the diplomatic relations between the Republic of Armenia and Hungary.
Within the frameworks of the program the participants visited the Parliament of Hungary and the Committee on Foreign Relations and Trade.
It should be mentioned that the second phase of the program will be held in Brussels.
