1998 – general director of «Haymamul» press distribution agency.
2002 - Chief of Staff Administrative Service of RA Government.
2008 - Chief of Staff Administrative Service of RA President.
2010 – RA Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations.
PhD in Economics.
