I am obligated to structure all my speeches according to the accepted standards, to take into consideration how an official statement will be received by the most diverse audiences so that words addressed to the one do not indirectly upset or hurt the other. My Fellow Citizens, Year 2011 is becoming history. New Year is a family holiday. The clock is to strike twelve and in our minds we recap the past and toast looking into each other’s eyes.
