President Serzh Sargsyan received today the Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) Nikolay Bordyuzha. At the beginning of the meeting, the Secretary General of CSTO congratulated Serzh Sargsyan on the 21st anniversary of the creation of the Armenian Army.
